Terms and conditions

1 Deposit : A Deposit of one nights stay will be required at time of booking. The balance payable upon arrival depending on when booked, but you will be asked for your credit/debit card details even if you are paying by cash. (we do not except American Express).
2 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to arrival otherwise the cost of one nights stay will be taken from the credit/debit card details supplied at time of booking.
Travel insurance is recommended for guest which should provide adequate cover should you need it.
3Check in and departure.
We do not accept single sex groups hen or stag night bookings. Group bookings need to be pre-arranged and booked directly with us. If bookings are made of this nature without prior agreement the booking will be cancelled without refund.
Guests are asked to check in from 2pm to 7pm. We kindly ask request that guest vacate their room by 10am on day of departure. Please not that rooms are for 2 adults only. We do not take children.
4 Smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the building anybody found to be smoking will face a fine of £50.00.
5 Damages.Damages or missing items will be charged to your credit /debit card
We do not accept animal apart from service animals
Please note that all bookings constitute a legally binding contract

Booking Cancellation Policy

Standard rate - Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 day prior to arrival are without charge.
Bookings cancelled within 7 day before arrival will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee of The total cost of the booking.
Non-Refundable - No changes to, or cancellation of bookings are accepted. Refunds are 100% not available.
